Betsabet De La Garza

Betsabet De La Garza is a Wealth & Trusts Specialist for Perpetum Consulting.  She works with ultrahigh-net worth families who seek to effectively grow, preserve, and transfer their wealth across generations, guiding them through a tailor-made estate planning journey carefully designed to be aligned with their family’s vision and values.

 

With more than 9 years of experience in this field she is an expert in translating the needs of the families to their personal advisors (attorneys, accountants, asset managers, insurance professionals and financial planners) creating a bridge between them to assure the flow of information is clear and concise leading families to make the best-informed decisions as to their financial, wealth and succession planning.  In addition, Betsabet also supports the families by coordinating all day-to-day administration and complex management of their multiple assets through their providers.

 

Betsabet has lived, studied, and worked in the Tijuana- San Diego area.  She draws upon her background as an attorney trained in both Mexico and the United States to provide her clients with a full, robust picture of their planning opportunities. Her personal experience has developed her desire to help families learn more about cross border family wealth preservation and how to pass it on across generations and borders.     

 

Before joining Perpetum, Betsabet served as a Sales Manager for Amicorp Services Ltd. where she worked with private banks, family offices, accounting and legal firms and independent financial advisers in the United States and the northwestern states of Mexico. She focused on establishing, managing, and administering trusts, private foundations and other entities for investment, estate planning and wealth preservation purposes.

 

Prior to her role with Amicorp, Betsabet worked as an attorney for Martin Sanchez Abogados, S.C. in Tijuana where she handled immigration matters, including visas and permits (FM3, FM2, FMM).

PERSONAL​

Betsabet loves outdoor exploring, hiking, and cycling. She enjoys traveling with family members and friends especially to National Parks. She is a promotor of bee conservation. But most of all enjoys cooking with her two kids and husband.
